Buffs increase the abilities of your models. A Buff to ARM usually is phrased as "gains a +2 ARM." If a Buff is only effective for a certain type of model, the Buff will be located under that model type (like Lightning Shroud being categorized as a warjack STR buff under Buffs-Warjack).
