Rules Clarification : Pulse Fire (Edit)
- Each damage roll from Pulse Fire will trigger a separate instance of needing to Overbooster/Transfer. (Infernal Ruling)
- If you stack it with Backlash, then each damage roll from Pulse Fire will trigger a separate instance of Backlash damage. (Infernal Ruling)
