Rules Clarification : Reality Anchor (Edit)
- "Summon" only applies to Infernal players summoning a horror. It doesn't apply to stuff that you might imagine is summoning (eg the Shadow Arcana, the Well of Orboros, etc). (Locked Thread)
- If an Infernal player tries to summon a Horror within your command range, they simply can't. Their essence remains unspent, the Marked Soul remains unsacrificed, and they can choose to try and summon it somewhere else.
