Gobbers are PP's version of Goblins, and follow most of the tropes: Green, small, good at tinkering with machines, and most other creatures don't like them. They're not as malicious as typical fantasy goblins, though, and are largely tolerated in civilised society.
Special mention to the warjack Melvin & Mayhem, which can only be taken in an army if there is at least one other gobber in the army - but he can go in any army or theme force.
