Rules Clarification : Hangover      (Edit)

  • If something prevents healing (such as Entropic Force), it will block Hangover. (Infernal Ruling)
  • You can resolve Tough before Hangover. If that Tough is successful, then you can use Hangover the next time you're disabled despite Hangover specifying "the first time". (Infernal Facebook Ruling)
