Privateers are the Pirate faction of Warmachine (or one of the two with the Satyxis). They amount to a mutually supporting and buffing infantry force with some cheap warjacks (and a colossal warjack) - powerfully self-supporting but fall apart when one or two of their solos get killed. Some of their buffs only go on the Sea Dog subset of privateers. The Privateer theme is The Talion Charter
