Rules Clarification : Vortex of Destruction (Edit)

Vortex applies to all damage rolls applied to the enemy, not just attacks from the caster itself. So, it applies to:
- Friendly models that attack the same enemy
- Enemy models that attack the same enemy (whether accidentally or on purpose)
- Continuous Fire.
