Rules Clarification : Black Arts      (Edit)

  • In a multi-caster game, more than one warcaster/warlock can upkeep a spell for free.
  • Can't be used by a Battlegroup Controllers, because they're specifically NOT warcasters. Similarly for Lesser Warlocks.
