Rules Clarification : Desperate Pace (Edit)

Desperate Pace applies to all movement during the Normal Movement part of activation, to include running, charging, and others. (Locked Thread)

This template can be used a few different ways.

First example is default
second example is when you need to change "friendly [X]" to "other friendly [X]"text in brackets
third example is when you need to add Faction into the sentence
fourth example is for when you need to suppress the auto-link.
fifth example is when it is not an special action
