- The +2 POW from Deadly Precision would not apply to high explosive POW (Infernal Ruling)
Full Force vs High Explosive (Edit)
- If a weapon has both Full Force and High Explosive, then follow the rules for Full Force (ie full POW). (Infernal Ruling).
